Hardware wallet maker Trezor has unveiled a new line of products, including Trezor Safe 3 and Trezor Keep Metal, as well as a device with limited Bitcoin support, to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Trezor Safe 3 supports over 7,000 cryptocurrencies and integrates with the Trezor Suite app for a variety of transactions.

The device has tamper-proof hardware components (EAL6+). It provides additional protection from physical impact.

If Trezor Safe 3 is lost or stolen, the owner can still protect assets using a secure password that is stored outside the wallet.

Trezor Keep Metal is designed to recover the seed phrase. Unlike paper, which may be used to record it, metal is more durable, withstanding house fires, projectile strikes and other impacts.

Trezor Keep Metal supports both 12 and 24 word standard backups and is also compatible with Shamir backup. The latter is a security standard that allows you to create several unique components for recovering private keys.

Trezor also plans to release a limited edition Trezor Safe 3 device, limited to Bitcoin only, and part of the proceeds from the sale will be used to develop Trezor Academy.
