AWS IoT Core for LoRaWAN announces general availability of support for LoRaWAN-based Internet of Things (IoT) devices. With this update, you can now connect your LoRaWAN devices to the cloud using public LoRaWAN networks provided by Everynet, a LoRaWAN network operator, without having to deploy and operate a private LoRaWAN network.

Offering access through AWS IoT Core for LoRaWAN, Everynet allows customers to seamlessly connect devices to the cloud without the need to deploy and manage their own radio network infrastructure. This eliminates the need to create and manage dedicated LoRaWAN networks.

AWS customers in the United States and United Kingdom can now access the LoRaWAN Everynet network through AWS IoT Core for LoRaWAN. This partnership provides companies across a variety of industries with the opportunity to use LoRaWAN technology to streamline operations, enhance predictive maintenance, and improve everyday life.

The integration between Everynet and AWS IoT Core for LoRaWAN also creates opportunities to prioritize Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). AWS’s powerful infrastructure, coupled with Everynet’s radio neutral RAN host, makes it easy to integrate LoRaWAN into their offerings.
